How do I manage my kids if I have more than one child on statUP?

Simply sign up for statUP as a parent. As a parent on statUP, you can easily manage more than one child.

To manage more than one child, click on the “Child Stats” page and select the “Add new child account” button. On the “Child Stats” page, you can view and add stats for each child by clicking “View Stats” on each child’s’ section.

I never got the team invite email?

Sorry about that! First please check your spam folder. If your team invite email is not there, please contact your coach. Make sure the email your coach used to invite you does not have a typo in it or that they used a different email then you thought they used. 

If you’re 100% sure they used the correct email and you can’t find your team invite, please email us at Help@statUP.com. We will take care of you from here and are happy to help. You can expect a reply from us within one business day.
